The Female Lens in Football
Football has always been more than a sport. Growing up playing on the streets — always with boys, because there was no official place for girls — the game became a constant. A structured pathway for girls? That simply did not exist.
Years of working in talent identification, scouting, and player development — across countries, federations, and professional environments — brought a recurring question into focus: what am I not seeing? What does this player need that the system around her is not giving her?
One of my greatest strengths is seeing potential and creating pathways for it to grow. Whether it is a young player, a developing coach, or a woman stepping into a technical role — I love identifying what makes someone unique and connecting them with the environments and opportunities that help them thrive.
